Delivery Information for Singapore Customers

Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after your order has been picked up and processed at our warehouse.

Once parcels are collected, they are brought to our warehouse for processing, and delivery is usually attempted on the following working day.

From time to time HIGHR offers free shipping offers. 


Online Order Returns Policy:

Singapore & International Returns

  • To return your order, please email us at coupecousucollective@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your items back.

  • Returns are processed within 7 working days of receiving your items.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except if the product is faulty, incorrect, or in exceptional circumstances.

Exchanges

  • To request an exchange, email us at coupecousucollective@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and your preferred replacement.

  • Exchanges should be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Faulty Items

If an item is found to be faulty upon inspection, we will offer a replacement if available. Please indicate your preference for a replacement when contacting us at coupecousucollective@gmail.com. 

If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund, including shipping costs.

  • Refunds to debit/credit cards usually clear within 1–2 days.

  • Paypal refunds may take up to 30 days due to Paypal regulations.

General Conditions:

  • Returns outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.
  • Please note if we suspect that the goods have been used for styling we may refuse your return and ban you from any future orders.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Non-faulty items that have been worn or had tags removed will not be accepted.
